How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared and processed within 1-2 business days. Once your package has left our studio, standard shipping generally arrives within 5-12 business days, depending on your location and the season. For more details, please see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. The full amount of your order, including shipping, is tax-inclusive — no additional duties or taxes will be charged upon delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is valid and complete before placing your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order here at any time. If your tracking information has not updated for 5-7 business days, please contact us and we will gladly assist with a carrier inquiry.
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from the date you receive your items to return them. Items must be returned in their original condition and unused. For hygiene reasons, candles that have been lit or partially used cannot be returned. For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We are sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. After review, we will gladly arrange a replacement or store credit.
What are your products made of?
Our candles are handcrafted with natural beeswax, soy wax, and coconut wax blended with plant essential oils, using 100% cotton, lead-free wicks. They are free from synthetic fragrances, phthalates, petroleum derivatives, and are never tested on animals — from wax to wick to scent, a clean choice of nature. The same care goes into every Éveil Rosée product.
What are your fragrance ingredients?
Our fragrance ingredients are naturally extracted from plants, flowers, fruits, and melons — drawn directly from nature itself. They contain no synthetic fragrances and no synthetic chemical compounds.
How long does a candle burn?
Burn time varies with the size and shape of each candle. As a general guide, we recommend burning no more than 1-2 hours at a time for container candles, and trimming the wick to 1/4 inch before each use to keep the flame steady and prolong the life of your candle.
Are your products safe?
Yes, when used with care. Always place your candle on a level, heat-resistant surface, keep it away from flammable materials, children, and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Please follow the instructions in our Candle Care Guide.
How should I store my candle?
Store your candle in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and humidity, to preserve both the wax and the fragrance between uses.
